A few guidelines to ensure a satisfactory experience.


All services are to be scheduled at least 24 hours in advance & secured with a credit card & phone number. 

To ensure each client receives a full and complete service, all treatments will adhere to their scheduled start and end times. Due to not having a waiting room, we ask that you plan to arrive no more than 5 minutes prior to your service start time to guarantee a complete bodywork experience for everyone.

Please openly communicate your treatment expectations. Speaking with your Therapists will enable them to customize your service to ensure your satisfaction. 

When reserving your service, please notify your massage therapist if you have any medical conditions that may be affected by a service, especially those utilizing heat. These may include allergies, high blood pressure, or physical illness. 


Please tell us if you are pregnant so that we may provide you with the proper guidance, care, and comfort you need. 

Pregnancies under 16 weeks must provide a doctor's note.


Any client under the age of 18yrs must be accompanied by an adult, in the treatment room during the entirety of the treatment.

Additionally, any sexual or aggressive behavior will not be tolerated within this business at any point in time. Any such behavior will be subject to ending a session early, paying in full for the treatment scheduled, and possible legal action.

Policy - Yoga & Workshops

If  you must reschedule or cancel your service, please give 24-hour notice prior to your scheduled appointment to avoid being charged the full value of your service. If you are running late, a call or text is always appreciated.

We have a zero refund policy for all yoga options including but not limited to individual sessions, punch cards and membership purchases. 

In case of life events preventing attendance, we have a case by case policy which may allow you to receive a credit to attend a future session.
