Exercise Three

discover how to nurture your self-awareness.

We all know that things can get chaotic when life starts to get overwhelming and throws little or big curve balls at you from different angels but each and every day can show wins that you are even aware of. Like taking a shower, yes taking a shower. It may seem insignificant, but we probably know or even seen someone who hasn’t had the luxury of taking a shower and taking one can relieve a lot of pent-up stress or take some weight off of your shoulders.

Having something to eat is also a win that counts on your path to greatness, food can lighten your mood and start the beginning of your stress-free day no matter the time of day you consume whatever you enjoy.

Having and completing 2-3 realistic goals daily or even weekly can be of great importance to your journey of a better life and better health, continuing to better yourself each and every day is something to be proud of when it comes to obtaining that stress-free life that you want and that you look forward to obtaining. The only person that can stop you from making this happen is YOU.

To help you on your path to power can be anything like your friends and family, places that you find yourself enjoying more than others or that you just love to be at, and lastly is your routines, having those constant things in your daily life can be more than complementary to you. It can be life-changing because not only is it a benefit that you have it’s also a win that more people should be proud of having, and you having that win is better than not.

Be clear, be confident and don’t overthink it. The beauty of your story is that it’s going to continue to EVOLVE.

Your goal should be to make it feel right for right now. Later will take care of itself. It always does. Maybe you want to turn a hobby into something more. Whatever it is, the way you tell your story can make all the difference. Your story is what’s going to separate this one from the rest, if you read or hear the words back and don’t hear your own voice in your head, that’s a good sign you still have more work to do.
