I’ve worked in the human services field for 15 years, supporting individuals from diverse backgrounds in various settings, including treatment centers, behavioral health programs, case management, job coaching, and schools. I’m passionate about helping people grow, improve their quality of life, and gain greater independence and confidence.

I grew up nearby in a small town and faced my own challenges with social anxiety and finding my place in the world, as I often felt like I didn’t quite fit in. As I got older, I struggled with substance abuse and getting in trouble with the law, which became a turning point in my life. I realized I needed to change my mindset and start making healthier choices. Those experiences allow me to connect with young people genuinely because I understand what it feels like to struggle and search for direction.

With the support of my wife, I began believing in a better future for myself and started setting bigger goals. Today, I’m a proud father of two young children who motivate me to be better every day. I use both my professional training and personal experience to serve as a positive role model and to make a meaningful impact in the lives of others.

I’m grateful to be here and look forward to working together

-Hannah C.

Hi, my name is Hannah! I have several years of experience working with children in a variety of different circumstances and care needs. Growing up with a brother who has autism gave me firsthand experience with patience, understanding, and the importance of individualized care. It has been amazing to watch him grow, and that experience helped inspire my passion for supporting children and families.

I strive to create a safe, supportive, and fun environment where children feel comfortable, encouraged, and cared for. I enjoy building positive connections with kiddos while helping support their unique needs and routines.

In my free time, I love being outdoors — riding horses, spending time with goats and chickens, camping, fishing, and enjoying nature. I bring a calm, caring, and dependable personality to the families I work with and truly enjoy making a positive difference in children’s lives

Jamie-

I was born and raised in Eau Claire, Wisconsin, growing up with my parents and two older siblings. In my free time, I love spending time with family and friends, playing games, traveling, watching football, or relaxing with a movie. I also have a deep love for animals, especially dogs.

Professionally, I spent 18 years working with adults with special needs, mental health challenges, and physical limitations. I have also worked closely with children, supporting them in reaching their goals, encouraging them to try new things, and helping them develop organizational patterns to ensure they are always prepared.

I truly believe that taking care of yourself isn't selfish—it's essential. My goal is to help others feel supported, encouraged, and empowered every step of the way.

I was born in New Ulm, Minnesota, but my childhood was anything but settled. I moved around a lot as a kid, attending several different schools. Being the “new kid” year after year wasn’t always easy—I often felt like I had to start over just as I was beginning to find my place. Those early experiences shaped me in ways I didn’t fully understand at the time, teaching me both resilience and adaptability. Eventually, I found a home in the Eau Claire area, where I spent most of my life. Even then, the path wasn’t simple. I struggled with substance abuse and made choices that led me into the juvenile justice system. Those years taught me some of the hardest lessons of my life. I learned firsthand the consequences of my actions, but I also discovered the power of accountability and growth.
Fast forward to today, my life looks very different. I have a wonderful wife and two amazing kids who give me purpose and keep me grounded. I’ve spent most of my adult years working with people facing struggles of their own—whether through personal battles, life circumstances, or challenges that set them back. My journey allows me to connect with others in a real way, and I take pride in helping people get ahead, even when the odds seem stacked against them. I know where I’ve been, and I know the weight of hardship. But I also know the possibility of change, healing, and new beginnings. My story isn’t just about struggle—it’s about perseverance, growth, and the commitment to make a difference in other people’s lives. And that’s exactly what I plan to keep doing.

I understand firsthand how addiction can affect a family that, from the outside, appears to have everything together. I’ve lived through the weight of loss, including the absence of my parents, and I know what it means to navigate grief at a young age.

Being placed in a home with a family member who stepped up during that time gave me more than stability—it gave me guidance, structure, and a foundation for life. They filled a void I didn’t think could be filled and showed me the importance of resilience, accountability, and compassion. Those experiences shaped who I am today. They drive my passion to be that same source of support, guidance, and consistency for youth and young adults facing their own challenges. In a world that can often feel uncertain, my goal is to help them build confidence, find direction, and know they are not alone
